Products of the Month! And End of the Month SALE!
This month’s product of the month is Dynamic Fiber. Most of us take a probiotic and if you don’t here is what I recommend (click). But probiotics only go so far and then we need to start feeding our own gut bacteria. This allows them to grow and multiple on their own and may even start new strains of bacteria that have not been present for some time. This is done by eating fiber rich foods especially veggies and lots of them, but sometimes we struggle to eat these things. Maybe we don’t like them or just don’t have the means or time to get them. We are looking for interest in a midday fitness class. If this is something that would interest you please feel free to contact me via email, facebook, or phone! We need about 5 people to make the class happen so if you have a group that would like to commit that is also an option.
Cancellation Policy Review
I thought given the hectic season I should review my cancellation policy. I ask for 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments but I know things happen and as long as you call in and notify me that you need to reschedule or cancel no fee will be charged. If in the even you miss your appointment I will give you 2 days to contact me about missing your appointment. If contact is made in 2 days NO fee will charged but if no contact is made then the amount of the missed appointment will be charged to the card on file. Repeat offenders will receive no warning and will be automatically charged. I really hate enforcing this but I have been taken advantage of to many times so I apologize for any inconveniences.
